We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right across the street from a major train station and within walking distance to many different metro stops. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city using the Hop-on Hop-off terminal and visit all the major Paris attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast served was tasty and fresh.

This was a very pleasant stay, reasonable prices. Petite hotel, central location close to underground, AMIABLE staff, nice bar area. Breakfast was tasty and I liked that they offered croissants, hardboiled eggs and cheese. Good reception.

The surrounding area outside the hotel may feel unsafe at night, leading to some discomfort for guests.

The hotel was miniature, but I stayed for 4 nights only. Within walking distance of a tower and a gallery. Nice bed, the room was beautiful and warm.

There wasn't much space to hang clothes in the room.

As young people, we loved the convenient location right next to St Lazare train station, perfect for exploring Normandy. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and despite the small room size, it was suitable for our multi-day visit to Paris. The hotel was clean, friendly, and offered great value for money. The staff were also very helpful.

The location of Austin'S Saint Lazare was perfect, right next to the Saint-Lazare railway station. The room was clean and renovated, and the staff was kind and spoke English well. Despite the small size, the bathroom was clean and the shower was up to par. I'll recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.

Convenient location: the hotel is just a short walk from several subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. Great for shopping: the famous department store, Gallery Lafayette, is only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for any shopping enthusiasts. Friendly staff: the hotel staff were always friendly and ready to help with any questions or concerns.

No air conditioning: It seems that the rooms don't have air conditioning, which could make it uncomfortable during hot summers. Limited lift access: the lift only goes up to the 6th floor, meaning guests on the 7th floor have to carry their luggage up the stairs.
