We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, right across the street from a major train station and within walking distance to many different metro stops. This made it convenient for us to explore the city using the Hop-on Hop-off terminal and visit all the major Paris attractions. The staff was friendly and cute, and the breakfast served was tasty and fresh.

This was a very pleasant stay, reasonable prices. Petite hotel, central location close to underground, AMIABLE staff, nice bar area. Breakfast was tasty and I liked that they offered croissants, hardboiled eggs and cheese. Good reception.

The hotel was miniature, but I stayed for 4 nights only. Within walking distance of a tower and a gallery. Nice bed, the room was beautiful and warm.

There wasn't much space to hang clothes in the room.

As young people, we loved the convenient location right next to St Lazare train station, perfect for exploring Normandy. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and despite the small room size, it was suitable for our multi-day visit to Paris. The hotel was clean, friendly, and offered great value for money. The location of Austin'S Saint Lazare was perfect, right next to the Saint-Lazare railway station. The room was clean and renovated, and the staff was kind and spoke English well. Despite the small size, the bathroom was clean and the shower was up to par. I'll recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.

No air conditioning: It seems that the rooms don't have air conditioning, which could make it uncomfortable during hot summers.
